I’ve been going here ever since I was a kid. I’ve had a few bad experiences. But he had to pull a lot of my baby teeth because they wouldn’t come out. They got me in very quickly and always made sure I was ok during the procedure. Always made sure I was numb. I don’t get all the bad reviews. Me Klee is a very honest doctor. My insurance denied a crown three times. He still kept trying to send it in and always appealed it. Only bad experience was when it took 6 hours for a root canal procedure. But he still got it done. You do wait more than you should sometimes. And they are rough cleaning teeth. But that is it. I also had gotten something done where I was bleeding forever and in so much pain and they wouldn’t give me any medicine. But my mom eventually complained and they sent stuff in. He once told me that my tooth was hanging on barley and he could either numb it or just pull it rather then waiting hours. He said it wouldn’t hurt. I agreed. Didn’t hurt a bit. All of this happed when I was a kid. But they are very good and honest.

I would NEVER go here again!!!! Back in 2020 I went in for my Invisalign. Over the years I made every single payment to have my teeth corrected. I eventually moved in 2021. Before moving in order for them send me the rest of my Invisalign out of state they require me to pay off my debt. Which I complied with. However, once I moved, I had reached out and contacted the dental assistant via text and phone calls in order to get my Invisalign trays on time, I waitedweeks and eventually over a month to get my final sets which caused my teeth to shift being out of state, made it hard for me to the office. I called and even texted the dental assistant Lena, who ended up being extremely rude since I was now out of state. I never got any responses over the past couple years I’ve asked thatDr. Meckler called me numerous times every time I call I’m answered by an extremely rude lady and they do not ever call me back this business is a perfect example of a failed business with extremely rude employees who take no accountability. They will take your money and not give you help that you pay for.. I paid over $4000 for the treatment and I did expect to have my teeth fixed or my money refunded.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would, this place has gone downhill, no I haven't been there in a long time, but my experience when I was there was horrible, first of all the desk lady was always rude and had a horrible attitude, second Dr Meckler is not professional at all, when I was in for braces he came back from lunch and was checking out my mouth and the whole time I wanted to just throw up, he wasn't wearing his mask that he usually wears, and I was able to smell his lunch🤢🤮, and don't get me started on the wait time, appointments don't matter to them, so don't bother making one, you'll end up sitting there all day watching person after person go before you, even when you were there before them. I do NOT recommend this place at all, needs to be shut down, no cleanliness, no professionalism, rude workers with high attitude problems and just overall horrible and disgusting. Don't go here..... ever.

My children and I have had regular dental/Orthodontist care here for about 8 years now. I love this office & staff. They are very popular and busy but well worth the wait. I appreciate that the front desk calls to confirm appointments because it is easy to forget that we had one coming up. This office did everything they could to help make sure our services are covered under our insurance plans. (Many of the other offices were demanding out of pocket expenses.) They have helped me with emergency pain more than once pushing me to the front of the line even though their day was already extremely stacked. I cant thank them enough for helping me in my desperate times of need. They also helped straighten my children's crooked teeth and they now each have BEAUTIFUL smiles!!

Just called to ask if my 22 month old son who fell and his tooth got pushed in could be seen and the woman immediately had an attitude. She asked what’s my question and I said well I want to know if he can be seen and she starts going off about how they are booked and close at noon so I gave her the same energy back and told I’m am just trying to find out what to do with my son. Should have listened to all the negative reviews because they are absolutely right. As someone who has worked front end in a medical office for years I would never imagine speaking to a patient like this.
